THE FOLLOWING SATURDAY, YOU SLEPT FOR LONGER THAN YOU HAD THE PAST FEW WEEKS.
built up exhaustion meant you had slept that day until about 1pm.
you were slightly upset you'd spent the whole day sleeping, but also glad you were now fully rested. you had been so nestled in the suddenly popular life of yours that you had been struggling to sleep.
but when you woke up that morning, you were feeling refreshed as ever.
refreshed enough, even, to want to go for a walk. after bedrotting for a while, you got up and got dressed, wearing light blue jeans with a long sleeve, light grey top with a white lace covering your breasts. you wore white air forces with small bow patterns and did some simple mascara.
exiting your room, you grabbed all the things you would need to take geronimo for a walk. seeing you grabbing his leash, geronimo yapped loudly, wriggling his butt.
you grin, sliding open the glass door separating geronimo from the house. the small puppy jumped on your legs instantly, happily barking.
"no jumping, geronimo" you scolded lightly before picking the puppy up, littering him with kisses. "good boy, geronimo. aren't you a good puppy?"
said puppy licked your face happily.
you set him down, tying his harness around him and attaching his leash.
"let's go for a walk, puppy" you cooed.
"i'm taking geronimo for a walk!" you called to your parents.
"okay, sweet! see you when you're back!" your mother called back happily, thankfully not commenting on your sleep-in.
geronimo wriggled happily as you wrapped the leash once around your hand, opening the door and letting the both of you out.
as soon as you shut the door, geronimo tugged you down the street happily.
you snicker, "no pulling, geronimo!"
you and geronimo walked all around your town, geronimo even finding another few puppies to play with at a nearby park.
to wrap up your walk, you took geronimo down a neighbouring street you'd never walked on before, admiring the houses slightly.
it was only once a shoulder barged hard into yours that you looked up in surprise.
only for a second did your eyes meet striking red ones, twisted in a glare. you stumbled slightly, watching the male turn into the house to your left without even apologising or asking for an apology.
you huffed out a breath, geronimo growling lightly before barking at the raven haired male.
he did not look back.
you stuck your tongue out at him from behind, "come on, geronimo"
you tugged the unhappy puppy along, still growling at the raven haired man.
you huffed, pulling your phone out in annoyance, grumbling about the loss of manners of the male who cut right in front of you and had the audacity to glare at you.
